ReplyDeleteyup - i was thinking of them as Life Jackets since part of the idea of the postcard was about rescuing (reptiles).
sometimes i think people get the idea that watercolor has to be delicate. it's true watercolor can be delicate, it lends itself to that kind of sensitivity well. it can also be powerful too. i like to aim for a range of those qualities when i use watercolor. thanks.
